ATV: you drive
On an ATV tour each ATV is driven by one rider, so a driver's licence is mandatory and children under 10 cannot ride an ATV. One ATV takes up to 2 people, and the price is the same for 1 or 2 people. A guide and a helmet are included. The sunrise and sunset tours take about 2 hours; the hourly tour is 1 hour.
Jeep safari: valleys along the balloon route
The jeep safari takes you through the valleys along the route the hot air balloons fly. The price is per vehicle and up to 4 people can ride in it. Hotel pick-up and drop-off are included.

Which should you choose?
- Two of you, one keen to drive: the ATV. Two people share one ATV and the price stays the same.
- A family or group of 3–4, or you have a child under 10: the jeep safari. The price is per vehicle, so the cost per person is divided by the number of passengers; up to 4 can ride.
- Budget: on the ATV, the sunset tour (€40) costs less than the sunrise tour (€50). On the jeep safari, sunrise and sunset cost the same.
- For a slower experience: look at the horse tours (1 horse = 1 person) or the classic vehicle tour, which starts with the balloon lift-off.
What to wear
Valley tracks can be dusty: closed shoes, comfortable trousers and a light jacket for sunrise are recommended. Sunglasses help. A helmet is included on the ATV tours.
